The Information and Communication Engineering College focuses on cutting-edge disciplines and national demands, catering to both defense and the main battleground of the national economy. They conduct research on fundamental theories and applied critical technologies in fields such as Information and Communication Engineering, Electronic Science and Technology, Computer Science and Technology, Instrument Science and Technology, Optical Engineering, among related disciplines. We primarily recruit full-time domestic and international doctoral students as well as full-time post-doctoral researchers in these areas.

     02 Position and Benefits

    Distinguished Leading Talents：

    Job Requirements：Generally under the age of 50, engaging in cutting-edge research and practical work in disciplines such as Information and Communication Engineering, Electronic Science and Technology as well as other related fields and make significant contributions. The applicants should be capable of leading disciplines to to surpass or maintain an internationally leading level and hold a national-level title.

    Salary Treatment: Annual salary is more than 700,000 RMB, and the settling-in allowance starts from 1.5 million RMB.

    Young Leading Talents

    Job Requirements：Generally under the age of 38, have high academic attainments and an excellent record of research accomplishments in fields such as Information and Communication Engineering, Electronic Science and Technology, and other related disciplines. It is required to have leading academic influence among young and middle-aged scholars both domestically and internationally in his field. Additionally, the applicants should hold a national-level title.

     Salary Treatment: Annual salary is more than 550,000 RMB, and the settling-in allowance starts from 1.5 million RMB.

    Outstanding Young Teachers

  Job Requirements：Possessed great academic potential, holds a doctoral degree domestically and internationally, in related fields such as Information and Communication Engineering, with excellent academic foundation.

    Salary Treatment: Comprehensive salary is more than 300,000 RMB (pre-tax), and research start-up funding is 100,000 RMB. Eligible applicants are offered a settling-in allowance of 100,000 RMB.

    Faculty Post-doctoral

    Job Requirements：Possessed strong academic innovation capabilities, under the age of 32, obtaining the doctoral degree within three years, have strong research abilities and potential. The applicants should also fulfil the recruitment criteria from the specific research team in our college, and demonstrating the rapid growth potential for an excellent young educator.

  Salary Treatment:Staffing of public institution,More than 450,000 RMB annual salary plus of more than 50,000 RMB annual research funding. Those who choose to work within the provinceafter the post-doctoral career, while sign an employment contract for no less than five years, will receive a research funding of 100,000 RMB from the provincial finance department. Additionally, an annual living allowance of 3,600 RMB will also be provided.

    Post-doctoral in Science Research

     Job Requirements：Possessed strong academic innovation capabilities, under the age of 35, obtaining the doctoral degree within three years, , have strong research abilities and potential. The applicants should also fulfil the recruitment criteria from the specific research team within our college.

    Salary Treatment:Refer to Staffing of public institution management: Annual salary not less than 300,000 RMB. Those who choose to work within the province after the post-doctoral career, while sign an employment contract for no less than five years, will receive a research funding of 100,000 RMB from the provincial finance department. Additionally, an annual living allowance of 3,600 RMB will also be provided.
