The institution boasts 141 faculty members, with 106 being full-time teachers. This includes 23 full professors and 57 associate professors. Among them, there are 34 doctoral supervisors, 94 master’s supervisors, and 18 post-doctoral researchers. Notably, there’s one recipient of the “National Teaching Masters Award” , 4 national talents, 3 provincial-level talents, and 16 part-time or visiting professors from both domestic and international institutions.

       There is one Heilongjiang Touyan Innovation Team Program of "Innovative Research on Intelligent Information Processing and Ship Communication Technology" of Heilongjiang Province, and two “Xing Hai”Academic Teams of  Harbin Engineering University.
