    The main research directions include: Marine space electromagnetic spectrum cognitive control and cross-domain communication technology, communication integration design theory and design, data link communication technology, electromagnetic target characteristics and camouflage technology, modern antenna technology, radar radiation source signal intelligent processing technology and other directions.


Institute of Space Information Processing and Countermeasure Technology

    The main research directions include: Passive radar homing, electronic reconnaissance and countermeasures, radar intelligent jamming and evaluation, target characteristics analysis and processing, multi-modal information fusion, intelligent remote sensing image processing and interpretation, new generation of Internet of Things technology, machine vision and intelligent control, cross-domain perception communication technology and so on.


Institute of Optoelectronic Intelligent Sensing Technology

    The research directions include: Multi-mode 3D imaging intelligent sensing technology, multi-modal micro-optoelectromechanical integration intelligent perception technology, Optoelectronic information cooperative transmission intelligent networking technology and other research directions.


Electrotechnics and electronics Teaching and Research Center

    The Teaching and Research Center for Electrotechnics and electronics Engineering is formed by integrating two national-level teaching team: the first national engineering electrical and electronic teaching base and the first national electrical and electronic experimental teaching demonstration center. The center is responsible for two university-level platform courses, "Circuit Basics" and "Electrical Basics", and takes two scientific and technological associations, namely, the College Student Science and Technology Association and the "E Vision" Association, the latter of which has been awarded the national "Xiaoping Science and Technology Innovation Team". The center has undertaken 1 national-level quality courses, 9 provincial-level quality courses, and 12 school-level quality courses, along with 3 ministry-level publishing programs. It has also undertaken 14 projects as part of the Ministry of Education's Industry-University Cooperation Collaborative Education Project and 19 Heilongjiang Provincial Education Reform Programs. The center has received the first National Teaching excellent Achievement Award, one first prize and one second prize of Heilongjiang Province teaching excellent Achievement. Moreover, it has won more than 500 awards in national and provincial innovation and entrepreneurship activities, securing the champion at the International Underwater Robot Competition in both 2018 and 2019.
